Show minimum sum conditions to save on delivery when delivery zone is calculated. Shows up in Order summary and in Delivery/Time lightbox.

On Delivery/Time lightbox show red messages to help a customer navigate through the form. Close Delivery/Time lightbox only when delivery and time is selected. Change "View address" button name to "Close map" after button is clicked. Optimized delivery zone and fee calculation when address is typed in.
