Domain name ready. You need a registered domain. If you do not have one yet, we can advise on the best option.
Hosting arranged or use ours. We can deploy on our managed server or your preferred hosting provider.
Know your market. Which location, property types, and buyer demographics you serve. The more specific, the better we can configure.
MLS API credentials (Premium/Enterprise). Contact your MLS board to request API access if you do not have it yet.

Do you provide hosting?
We can deploy your website on our managed server with monitoring, backups, and priority support. Alternatively, you can use your own hosting provider and we deploy there. Hosting is discussed during project planning.

How is payment structured?
Website packages use phased billing. You pay an initial deposit to start, then milestone payments as the project progresses. The exact split depends on the package and is agreed before work begins.

What if I need changes after launch?
Each package includes a defined revision period during the build. After launch, ongoing changes and updates are covered by our Website Maintenance plan, or you can order individual services like Theme Integration for design changes.

Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. If you start with Standard and later need MLS integration or agent pages, you can order those as separate services (S6 for MLS, custom work for agent pages) or upgrade to a higher package by paying the difference.

Do you handle content (property descriptions, photos)?
We configure the system and import your existing data. Property descriptions, professional photos, and marketing copy are your responsibility. If you need help with content, we can discuss during project planning.
