Is my MLS provider supported?
We support RETS, MLSGrid, SparkAPI, Trestle, Vebra Alto, and CREA DDF. These cover the majority of MLS boards in the US, Canada, and UK. If your provider is not listed, check our Custom MLS Integration service for non-standard feeds.

How long does the integration take?
Most integrations are completed within 5 business days. The timeline depends on your MLS provider's response time for API access approval. Once we have working credentials, the technical setup takes 2-3 days.

Do I need to buy the MLS addon separately?
If you have an FW Real Estate Professional or Agency subscription, MLS addons are included at no extra cost. If you are on the Starter plan, the addon purchase is separate. Check the addon list above for pricing per provider.

What happens if my MLS feed breaks after setup?
MLS feeds can break when providers update their API or change field structures. For ongoing monitoring and automatic recovery, add our MLS Maintenance Add-on to your plan. Without maintenance, feed issues require a new service order to diagnose and fix.

Can you integrate multiple MLS providers on one site?
This service covers one MLS provider per order. If you need multiple providers (e.g., residential from one board, commercial from another), order the service once per provider. Each integration runs independently with its own import schedule.

What credentials do I need to provide?
You need API access credentials from your MLS provider: typically a login URL, username, and password or API key. Contact your MLS board to request API/RETS access if you do not have it yet. We cannot obtain credentials on your behalf.
