How much configuration do you need?
Best for a solo agent starting fresh with manual listings in one market.
Best for migrating an existing portfolio to a site that ranks in local search.
Best for a branded brokerage site with multiple property categories and a large dataset to migrate.
What is included
FW Real Estate installation (if not already installed). We install and activate the product on your Joomla or WordPress website before configuring.
Property types for your market. Up to 5 types (e.g., houses, apartments, land, commercial) structured for how your buyers search.
Custom fields tailored to your niche. Up to 15 fields organized in 3 groups. We configure the details that matter to your buyers: lot size, HOA fees, year built, MLS#, or whatever your market requires.
Search filters configured. Buyers can find properties by price, location, bedrooms, and your custom criteria. Search works on your website from day one.
Map integration (Professional+). Interactive map showing property locations using Google Maps or Mapbox. You provide the API key, we configure everything.
Technical SEO (Professional+). Meta templates for property pages and schema markup so listings appear correctly in search results.
Property data import (Professional: up to 30, Complete: up to 100 properties). Imported from your CSV file using our template. We verify all data displays correctly.
Design Match (Complete only). We adjust colors, fonts, spacing, and button styles so FW Real Estate looks like a natural part of your website. Not a full redesign, but a targeted adjustment to blend seamlessly with your theme.
Follow-up support. Essential: 3 days. Professional: 7 days. Complete: 14 days. Questions about the configuration? We help at no extra charge.

Order and provide details
Select your package, tell us about your market, property types, and provide website access. If FW Real Estate is not installed yet, let us know.
Installation and structure
We install FW Real Estate (if needed), create your property types, and build the custom field structure for your market.
Search, maps, and SEO
We configure search filters, integrate maps, set up meta templates and schema markup. Professional and Complete packages.
Data import and design
We import your existing properties from CSV and adjust the visual appearance to match your website theme. Professional and Complete packages.
Review and handoff
You review the configuration. We make adjustments within the package scope and send a summary with instructions for managing your listings.
Before you start
Active FW Real Estate license. Choose the Professional or Agency tier if you do not have one yet. This service is included free with the Agency tier.
Know your property types: what categories of properties you'll list (residential, commercial, land, etc.).
Website admin access: URL, login, and password to your Joomla or WordPress backend.

Is this service free with the Agency subscription?
Yes. Agency subscribers receive this configuration service included at no extra charge. When you subscribe to the FW Real Estate Agency tier, we auto-create the service order for you and reach out to schedule the configuration. You do not need to place a separate order.

Which package should I choose?
Essential works best for agents or small agencies getting started with a few property types. You plan to add properties manually and don't need maps or SEO right away.
Professional works best for established agencies that need a production-ready website with maps, SEO, and existing property data imported. This is the most popular choice.
Complete works best for brokerages or multi-market agencies with many property types, large datasets, and a website theme that needs the product to match its design perfectly.

What if I need more than 5 property types or 15 custom fields?
These limits cover most real estate websites. If your market requires more (e.g., 8 property types for a multi-market site, or 25+ custom fields for a specialized niche), we'll quote the additional configuration separately within the same order.

Can I upgrade from Essential to Professional later?
Yes, you can order any package at any time. If you start with Essential and later want maps, SEO, or data import, you can order the additional configuration as a separate service or request a custom quote.

Do I need a Google Maps API key?
Only for the Professional and Complete packages (which include map integration). You can get one free from Google Cloud Console. If you need help setting this up, just mention it in your order notes.

I don't have FW Real Estate installed yet. Can I still order?
Yes. Installation is included in all packages at no extra cost. Just let us know in the form that it's not installed yet, and we'll handle everything from installation to full configuration in one order.

What is Design Match?
Design Match means we adjust FW Real Estate's appearance to match your existing website design. This includes colors, fonts, spacing, button styles, and card layouts so property listings look like a natural part of your site. It is not a full redesign, but a targeted adjustment to make the product blend seamlessly with your theme. Included in the Complete package only.

What if I also need MLS integration?
MLS/IDX integration is a separate service. After your site is configured, you can order our MLS/IDX Integration Setup to connect your MLS data feed. Configuration first, MLS second. They work best in this order.
