FW Gallery – Documentation

Before updating, verify your website is registered in FW Gallery. Open FW Gallery → Dashboard in your WordPress admin area and enter your fastw3b.com access code. Verification links your site to your account and enables the update feed.

Once verified, available updates appear in the standard WordPress → Dashboard → Updates screen alongside your other plugin updates. Update FW Gallery the same way you would any other plugin — select it and click Update Plugins.

What Happens During an Update

• Your galleries, images, settings, and configuration are preserved. No data is lost during the update process.
• The update replaces only the plugin files. Your content and customisations remain intact.

Before You Update

• Confirm your site is verified in FW Gallery → Dashboard. Without verification, updates will not appear.
• Back up your site as a general precaution before applying any plugin update.
• Ensure your access code is entered correctly. If the update does not appear after verification, try refreshing the Updates screen.

Troubleshooting

• Update not showing: Check that your access code is saved in FW Gallery → Dashboard and that the site verification was successful.
• Access code issues: Log in to your account at fastw3b.com to retrieve or confirm your access code.
