How long does a custom integration take?
Standard Provider integrations (known API with documentation) take 1-2 weeks. Custom XML/CSV parsers take 2-3 weeks. Multi-source aggregation takes 3+ weeks depending on the number of providers. We confirm the timeline after reviewing your data source documentation.

What information do I need to provide?
At minimum: the name of your MLS provider, any API documentation or sample data files, and your API credentials or feed URL. The more documentation you can share upfront, the faster we can start. If you only have a feed URL with no docs, we can still reverse-engineer the format.

Do I own the custom addon after delivery?
You receive a fully working addon installed on your website. If the provider is new to us, the integration may also become a standard addon available to other customers in the future. Your specific configuration, field mappings, and import settings remain private to your site.

Will the integration work with future FW Real Estate updates?
Yes. Custom addons follow the same architecture as our standard MLS addons. They are built to survive product updates. If a major product update requires addon adjustments, we handle it within the monitoring period at no extra charge.

What happens after the integration is deployed?
We monitor the integration for 2 months after deployment. If the feed breaks, data quality drops, or the provider changes their API during that period, we fix it at no charge. After the monitoring period, consider our MLS Maintenance Add-on for ongoing monitoring.
