Daily import health monitoring. We check your MLS imports every day and catch failures immediately.

Automatic error alerts. You are notified when imports fail, data quality drops, or the provider changes their API.

Feed error recovery. When imports break, we diagnose and fix the issue within your maintenance window.

This add-on requires an active maintenance plan.
  • Do I need a Website Maintenance plan first?

    Yes. This is an add-on to an existing Website Maintenance plan (Basic or Premium). It cannot be purchased standalone because MLS monitoring depends on having regular site maintenance in place.

  • What happens when my MLS feed breaks?

    We detect the failure through daily monitoring and begin diagnosis immediately. Most feed issues (API credential changes, field structure updates, server timeouts) are resolved within 1-2 business days. You are notified throughout the process.

  • Is this included in the Premium maintenance plan?

    Premium maintenance includes basic MLS monitoring. This add-on provides deeper coverage: daily health checks, automatic error alerts, provider API change adaptation, and monthly data quality reports. If you have Premium and want the fullest MLS coverage, add this plan.

  • Which MLS providers are supported?

    All providers we support for integration: RETS, MLSGrid, SparkAPI, Trestle, Vebra Alto, CREA DDF, and any custom integrations we have built for you.
