Gallery Creation and Edit

Do users need admin access to upload?
No. Front-end Manager puts a full portfolio management interface on the public site. Any logged-in user with the right ACL permissions can upload and manage their own files without ever seeing the Joomla admin.

Yes, when gallery management is enabled in the component settings. Users create, edit, and delete their own galleries with optional parent-child hierarchy.

Does it work with videos and audio?
Yes. The interface shows separate tabs for images, videos, and audio. Video and audio tabs only appear if the matching FWG type plugins are installed.

Can I restrict what users can do?
Yes. Joomla's access control governs the whole thing. Set up user groups with the permissions you want and Front-end Manager respects them automatically.
