  • Is this add-on included in my subscription?

    Yes. FWRE Saved Searches is included in the Professional and Agency tiers of the FW Real Estate subscription. You get the add-on plus updates and support as long as your subscription stays active.

  • Is Saved Searches included in my subscription?

    Yes, Saved Searches is included in all FW Real Estate subscription packages. Install it from your Client Section.

  • How do notifications get sent?

    Notifications are sent via a server cron job. Set up a cron task on your hosting to call the URL provided in Settings > Addons > Saved Searches at your preferred interval (typically daily). Your hosting provider can help configure the cron scheduler.

  • Can users save multiple searches?

    Yes. Each user can save unlimited searches independently. Each saved search has its own notification toggle so users customize which alerts they receive.

  • What filters can be saved in a search?

    All active search filters are saved: property type, category, location (country/region/city), price range, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, status, and agent. The system preserves the complete search context.

  • How do users manage their saved searches?

    Logged-in users access saved searches from the Client Section where they can view criteria, delete searches, and toggle notifications on or off.
