Do I need to have my menu online first?
Yes, FW Food Menu must be installed with your menu items entered. If your menu is not online yet, start with our Menu Digitization service first, then add ordering.

Which payment processors do you support?
Stripe and PayPal. Both accept credit/debit cards. You need an active account with at least one of them before we can configure ordering. We set up the connection during the service.

Can customers order for delivery and pickup?
Yes. We configure both delivery zones (with minimum order amounts) and pickup options. Customers choose during checkout.

Is this the same as the TripAdvisor migration service?
No. If your primary goal is replacing a TripAdvisor menu with a real website, start with Menu Digitization. Online Ordering Setup is for restaurants that already have a menu online and now need to accept orders and payments directly, typically because they run their own delivery or pickup operation and want to cut commission fees.
