What is included
Data format analysis. We examine your source files or export to understand the structure, field types, and any inconsistencies before starting.
Field mapping. Every field in your data is mapped to the correct field in the product. Standard fields automatically, custom fields manually where needed.
Test import with preview. We run a sample import first so you can review how the data looks on your website before we commit the full dataset.
Full import and verification. We import all records and verify data integrity: missing fields flagged, duplicates caught, photo references checked.
Custom field mapping (Standard and Complex). Non-standard fields, conditional logic, and field renaming handled by custom mapping rules.
Multi-source merge (Complex). Combine data from 2+ different sources into one unified dataset with deduplication and conflict resolution.
7 days follow-up support. Questions about imported data? Report issues within 7 days at no extra charge.

Before you start
Data file ready. Export your data as CSV, Excel, XML, or database dump. If migrating from another CMS, provide admin access to the source system.
Website admin access. URL, login, and password to your website backend where the data will be imported.
Know your target fields. Which data fields matter to you? (e.g., for properties: price, bedrooms, photos, address. For menu items: name, price, category, dietary labels.)

Simple works best for a clean spreadsheet or CSV file with standard columns and fewer than 500 records. If your data is well-organized, this is all you need.
Standard works best when your data comes from another CMS, needs field renaming, cleanup, or deduplication. Most common choice for website migrations.
Complex works best for large datasets (2,000+ records), multiple data sources that need merging, or non-standard formats requiring custom parsing logic.

What data formats do you accept?
CSV, Excel (XLS/XLSX), XML, JSON, SQL database exports, and most structured data formats. If your data is in PDF, scanned images, or unstructured text, we may be able to help but it falls under the Complex tier.

Will I lose any data during import?
No. We run a test import first so you can verify the results before the full migration. Every record is tracked, and we report any items that could not be mapped or imported. Your original data files are never modified.

Can you import from my old CMS or plugin?
Yes. We regularly import from WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and other CMS platforms. If the old system can export data (CSV, database dump, API), we can import it. Provide admin access to the source system if a direct export is needed.

What if my data has duplicates or inconsistencies?
Standard and Complex tiers include deduplication and data cleanup. We identify duplicate records, fix inconsistent formatting, and flag entries that need your review. Simple tier imports data as-is from your clean file.
