Is this add-on included in my subscription?
Yes. FWRE PDF Brochure is included in the Professional and Agency tiers of the FW Real Estate subscription. You get the add-on plus updates and support as long as your subscription stays active.

Is PDF Brochure included in my subscription?
Yes, PDF Brochure is included in all FW Real Estate subscription packages. Install it from your Client Section.

What do I need to send brochures?
A working mail server configured in Joomla Global Configuration. Brochures are sent from your site email to the prospect, with copies going to the admin email and any agents assigned to the property.

Can I require phone or address information?
Yes. In FW Real Estate Settings go to Addons tab and open the Brochure card. Toggle Phone required and Address required to Yes for any fields your sales team needs. Name and email are always mandatory.

How do I customize the email template?
In Settings > Addons > Brochure card, you will find Email Subject Template and Email Body Template fields. Use merge tags like [property_title], [price], [full_address], and [site_name] to personalize each email automatically.

Can I use different brochures for different properties?
Yes. Edit the property, go to the Media tab, and find the Brochure card. Upload a custom PDF there or leave it empty to use the default. You can also override the email template on a per-property basis.
