Is this add-on included in my subscription?
Yes. FWRE RETS for MLS is included in the Professional and Agency tiers of the FW Real Estate subscription. You get the add-on plus updates and support as long as your subscription stays active.

Is RESO RETS included in my subscription?
The RESO RETS addon is a paid standalone addon priced at $249. It is not included in the standard FW Real Estate subscription packages. Pro and Agency tiers include one MLS provider of choice (RETS, MLSGrid, SparkAPI, or Trestle) as part of the subscription.

Which MLS servers are supported?
Any MLS that uses the RESO RETS 1.5 protocol. This includes 7+ server types: RETS Server, Flexmls, Paragon, MLXchange, Navica, Tempo, and others. Check with your local MLS to confirm RETS protocol support.

Do I need MLS membership to use this?
Yes. You must be a member of your local MLS with access credentials to the RETS feed. Most MLS organizations require IDX or VOW agreements that authorize data usage on your website. Consult your MLS for specific requirements.

How often can I sync with the MLS?
Sync frequency is configurable and depends on your MLS terms. Most MLSs allow hourly or daily syncs. Set up a cron job to run the sync automatically on your schedule.

What happens with property photos?
The addon automatically downloads property images from the MLS during sync and stores them with each listing. Full gallery support with automatic resizing for your site layout. Images update when the MLS version changes.

What if my MLS uses a different protocol?
Different MLS protocols require different connector addons. MLSGrid uses OData v4, SparkAPI uses Spark REST, Trestle uses Trestle REST API. Contact us if your MLS uses something else and we can advise on the right addon.
