Fastw3b Refund Policy
What products are refundable
Refund Policy applies to all products that are available for purchase on the Fastw3b official website (https://fastw3b.com), which are clearly marked as refundable for a defined period of time. If you have any doubts about product refund terms, please contact us via a pre-sale ticket in your Client Section prior to purchase.
Why I cannot get a refund
- Refund is available only for products that are clearly stated refundable on the Fastw3b website.
- Refund is not applicable after 30 days since the date of your purchase.
- Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.
- Refund is not applicable for the same product purchased after a previous refund.
- Refund is not applicable for special offers and products with discounts.
- Refund would be denied in abuse cases with an abnormally high number of downloads within 30 days.
How to request a refund
You can apply for a refund via our support system in your Client Section.
- Open a new ticket for the product you purchased and would like refunded, with the subject "Refund Request".
- Describe the reason for your refund request.
- Wait for our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
All applications filed later than 30 days after the purchase will not be considered.
Stay calm, and we shall get back to your request within 48 hours on weekdays. If you submit your refund request during the weekend, we will get back to you at the earliest on Monday. If a refund was requested within 30 days from purchase date, it does not matter when we reply or how long we discuss the refund process. Your refund request will remain valid and will be processed as soon as possible.
